FAQ
Purchasing & Partnership
1. How do I become an authorized distributor or partner of SOYO®?
Submit your partnership enquiry through the "Contact Us" page or our business email, stating your country or region, the product lines you are interested in and your expected volume. Our commercial team will reply within one business day and match you with the right cooperation model for your market.
2. What cooperation models does SOYO® offer?
Four main models: regional distribution (authorized distribution, territory protection, pricing and marketing support); system integration and project cooperation (for batch projects such as esports venues, internet cafés, education and government); OEM / ODM customization (appearance, packaging, BIOS and configuration, with white-label shipping); and e-commerce / channel supply.
3. How can I get a quotation and product catalog?
Contact us via business email or WhatsApp and describe your market and purchasing needs. We will provide the relevant product list and pricing range.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line and order type — motherboards, graphics cards, Mini PCs and full systems each have different requirements. Please state your target market and expected volume when enquiring, and our sales team will provide a specific MOQ and pricing plan.
5. What is the standard lead time?
Lead time depends on product-line stock levels and order scale. Mainstream models are usually held in stock or on short-cycle inventory. Please confirm with sales before placing an order.
6. Do you support OEM / ODM customization and white-label?
Yes. We offer customization of appearance, packaging, BIOS and configuration based on existing platforms, support white-label shipping, and can adapt to the regulations and localization needs of your target market.
7. Can I request samples for testing?
Yes. For prospective partners, we can ship samples for real-world testing and evaluation, subject to mutual commercial agreement.
8. What payment methods and trade terms do you support?
Payment methods and trade terms (such as FOB, CIF) are agreed according to the cooperation model and order situation. Please confirm with our sales team during negotiation.
Products & Specifications
1. What product lines does SOYO® currently offer?
Three core product lines — graphics cards, motherboards and Mini PCs — across Intel, AMD and NVIDIA platforms. We also provide a Solution Center for industry customers, covering cloud gaming, data centers, rendering, esports venues, commercial endpoints and more.
2. How do I identify the exact motherboard model and revision?
The model and revision are printed on the PCB, product label or retail box. When looking up specifications, BIOS, manuals or drivers, use the complete model and revision number.
3. How do I identify the exact graphics card model?
The model is printed on the graphics card label or retail box. When requesting support, provide the full GPU name, memory capacity, series and edition.
4. How do I check CPU compatibility for a motherboard?
Confirm the socket, chipset, board revision and current BIOS version, and compare them against the CPU support list for the exact model. Some processors require a newer BIOS before the system will boot.
5. What power supply does my graphics card need?
Check the recommended PSU wattage and required power connectors on the graphics card product page. Total system configuration, CPU power draw, overclocking and PSU quality all affect real requirements, so leave some headroom.
6. Can a Mini PC's memory and storage be upgraded?
Most SOYO® Mini PCs support memory and storage expansion. The exact upgrade options vary by model, so check the specifications of the specific model.
Technical Support
1. Where can I download drivers, BIOS and manuals?
Visit the SOYO® Download Center (Support page) on our official website, enter the complete model and revision number, and select the files matching your operating system.
2. How do I safely update the motherboard BIOS?
Download only the BIOS that exactly matches your model and board revision, read the included instructions, restore stable default settings, and use reliable power. Do not shut down, restart or remove the update media while flashing.
3. Is it normal for graphics card fans to stop at low temperature or load?
Yes. Some models support a zero-RPM (fan-stop) mode to reduce noise at low load; the fans start automatically once temperature or power reaches the control threshold. Behavior varies by model.
4. What should I do if my graphics card runs hot?
Check case airflow, fan operation, dust buildup and ambient temperature, and confirm whether the card is under sustained load. Monitor GPU and hotspot readings with a trusted utility. Contact technical support if you see throttling, shutdowns or visual artifacts.
5. There is no display after installing a new graphics card. How do I troubleshoot?
Confirm the card is fully seated, all required PCIe power connectors are attached, the display cable is connected to the graphics card output, and the correct input is selected. Try another cable, output, or test on another system.
6. The system will not boot (no display, no POST). How do I troubleshoot?
Disconnect power, check the motherboard and CPU power connections, reseat a single memory module in the recommended slot, confirm CPU and cooler installation, and check the display cable and output. Remove nonessential devices while testing.
Warranty & After-sales
1. What is the product warranty policy?
Specific warranty terms vary by product line, sales region and purchase contract. Please refer to your purchase contract or the local distributor's policy, or contact our customer service to confirm.
2. What should I do if a product has a quality issue?
Contact your purchasing contact or local distributor as soon as possible, providing the product model, batch and a description of the issue. We will handle it according to the agreed process.
3. How do I contact technical support or after-sales service?
Reach us through the "Contact Us" page, business email or WhatsApp, and we will reply within one business day.
4. Who should end users contact if they have a product issue?
We recommend that end users first contact the after-sales service of their purchase channel (local reseller or e-commerce platform) for the fastest local support.
